Q: What is a normal turnaround time for your lab?
A: Our standard quotes promise a 2 week turn around. Turnaround times are often shorter than 2 weeks; however this is dependent on our work load and the complexity of the project. We also have expedited and Priority Quotations which promise 1 week turn arounds and 3 day turn arounds, respectively.

Q: Do you work under non-disclosure agreements?
A: Yes. We routinely work under non-disclosure agreements.

Q: What QA/ QC procedures are taken to ensure that quality is being maintained and test results are reliable?
A: We take several measures to ensure quality and reliability. All of our engineers undergo a training certification on every instrument that they use. We have formal standard operating procedures that our engineers follow when performing all tests. All reports are reviewed for approval by a highly experienced member of our team before they are submitted to the customer.

Q: Can we see a demonstration of a test that you provide or of an instrument that you have available?
A: Absolutely! We’re happy to show you around our lab and give a demonstration on any of the instruments. Similarly, we’re happy to come to your facility and give you a presentation on our capabilities.

Q: Could we conduct the tests ourselves using your equipment and consulting your expertise?
A: Yes. We have several clients who routinely do their own testing on our facilities. We provide training on the instruments and consulting during testing and analysis. This can be a good option for local customers with routine testing needs.

Q: Do you have testing capabilities beyond what is specifically listed on your website?
A: Yes. If you have a testing need that is not listed on the website, please reach out to us and we will let you know if that’s a test that we have the ability to perform.

Q: Can you refer us to other labs for tests that are outside your capabilities?
A: Absolutely! We work with a lot of other testing labs in the area. If a test that you’re looking for is not within our capabilities, we’re happy to point you towards a lab that can do it. Just reach out to us and we will point you in the right direction.
